DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Yes, We offer Wholesale pricing for our first time wholesale costumers we ask you to buy a minimum of $200.00 dollars.

DO YOU HAVE A MAILING LIST SO I CAN BE NOTIFIED OF SPECIALS AND DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we have a mailing list that is send every month with some of our great specials.

WHY MIGHT MY JEWELRY LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT IN PERSON?

Every effort is made to accurately represent the colors in a jewelry design. I have excellent photography software, and a High Def computer screen. I continually edit to match the colors. If the receiver’s computer screen is not exact, then the colors will appear different. The photos of jewelry are the design that is sold. The usual response I receive from customers, is that the product is far more beautiful than the photograph.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic: 
Orders will be shipped by the carrier you select within 1 business days after receipt of your payment. If you are in hurry, please contact us, we can work something out that better suits your needs!

International: 
Orders will be shipped by the carrier you select within 2 business days after receipt of your payment. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees assigned at customs.
 Orders will be shipped to the address you provided at Catholica Shop website, unless you specify otherwise. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please allow several weeks for delivery of your package.

Local pick-up:  May be arranged at our Miami Store during business hours 10:00am to 4:30pm

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Catholica Shop has a 5-day, return/exchange policy. If your Catholica Shop Jewelery purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be glad to offer an exchange or return for an in-store credit for up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Modified or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can custom or special orders.
