We are happy to cancel your order and give you a refund if it has not already been shipped. If you need to cancel your order contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item that was shipped you will need to follow the Return Policy outlined earlier.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered, please notify us within 3 days of shipment and we will promptly replace your order.
All returns must be requested by email. Returns without our prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid at customer’s expense, and received by us within 10 days of date shipped in its original condition.
Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs).
Some returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Items are normally shipped out within 2-3 days. (Not including weekends or holidays)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
If Religious Gallery is unable to ship your order within 5 working days your order will be cancelled and you will notify you by e-mail. On purchases over $100 shipping will be free of charge.
